Need help with CBBE 3BA

I cannot for the life of me get 3BA to work with SMP, It just will not give me the option to activate it and I don't know why. SMP is working I checked it with the normal SMP body and it works just fine. But I do not get the MCM menu for 3BA or the option to switch to SMP.
If anyone has any ideas I would be so happy. The imgur link shows that I'm not able to select the option in the FOMOD for 3BA and my load order for skyrim anniversairy edition.
