Adding mannequins or weapon racks in-game?

I'm not sure how feasible this really is, but I've been on the hunt for a mod that would enable me to add mannequins and weapon racks in-game (i.e. without using CK and that sort of thing). I have Hearthfire Extended, which allows you to add lots of different furniture to indoor and even outdoor spaces, but no mannequins or weapon racks. I also have Skyrim Settlement Builder, but again, same problem.
