Skyrim Crashing When Loading Save

I have 189 active plugins, using Fallrim I am getting https://imgur.com/a/ThL0p4G this error when checking to see what is wrong with my save. The character is level 122, but it's just a CTD which is unexpected, if it corrupted I would get an error message I think.
