What mods do you know of that started out as a meme/joke but have turned out to be a positive addition to the game? For example, joke mods that turn out to be skillfully designed or implemented, or ones that make genuine improvements to gameplay.
One of my favorite examples of this is Sleeping Expanded, which, as I understand it, started out as a joke about waking up Jarl Balgruuf in the middle of the night for quest reasons and turned into a popular immersion mod.
