[Help] Is it possible to look up what cell you're currently in? (Noob)

I'd like to start work on my first mod, a small village, but I don't know where to build it. What I'd like to do is turn on noclip and fly around Skyrim looking for the perfect spot, then when I find it easily be able to find out what cell I'm in so I can bring up said cell in the Creation Kit. I have done lots of searching to no avail. So, is there any way to be able to find what cell I'm in at any given time?
