Creating a pure alchemist build via mods?

The only mod I know that really enables such a playstyle is Throwing Weapons Lite.
There are a few mods that tough on the Alchemy skill tree and a few that change ingredients, gathering, etc.
But it's hard when it comes to combat as a pure alchemist.
Any advice or useful mods?
