Awhile back I set up a mod list of just gameplay changes and additions to mess around with. I personally did not play it much as I didn't have much time after getting it completed, but I copied the same setup to my girlfriend's PC so that she could play it as well.

She played for a couple hours, but quickly started having issues with enemies that were way too high of a level early in the game. For instance, she went to do a side quest that took her to a cave she had been to many times before with a couple bears in it. She normally does this quest right away, so she was only about level 2-3. The bears in the cave with the mods installed were for some reason much higher level than normal, about 13-15, and she couldn't handle them.

To my knowledge nothing I have installed should affect enemy levels and I haven't been able to figure it out yet.

Does anyone have any insight on what could be causing it?
