[Request] Add tempering of Blades armor under steel or advanced armor (they require steel to temper) and not even the unofficial patch fixes it

The Blades armor looks fucking badass but for some reason you can't temper it like everything else. Also the unofficial patch doesn't fix it either? Can somebody fix this?
