Looking for a mod that adds a TON of vampire NPCs or maybe a brief how-to on how to add them myself

Either adding more to known vampire lairs or (preferably) just throwing hordes of them into the open world. I basically just want to do a Dawnguard playthrough in a Skyrim that is absolutely fucking infested with bloodsucking children of Molag Bal.
I have (and love) Populated Skyrim Hell Edition but it just...isn't enough. I want MORE.
