A mod idea for magic cost on hud

I play as a spell sword and the core issue is that I don't know how much the spell will cost so I was wondering if it'd be possible to have a mod that shows how much it costs to cast by displaying it on the hud. Maybe have it highlight the portion of the mana bar it'll consume.
