Looking for a mod that has neckwear that goes on top of armor no matter what.

I'm so close to having my DB outfitted exactly how I want but it's missing just one piece. Pictured here is my guy but the missing piece is something filling that empty space on the chest of NordwarUA's exceptional Black Blood cuirass.
Unfortunately, all the amulets I've tried get covered by the armor so what I'm looking for is a mod that adds various neckwear (preferably big gaudy amulets but I'll take anything) that doesn't use the standard neckwear slot and will sit over chest armor.
