HDT-SMP for SEE 1.5.97 v2.11 not activating as a plugin for MO2

I'm coming across what i hope is a simple fix. I noticed it when i was running some body physics without it. the CBPC physics mod i'm particular. So i installed it but noticed it wasn't adding as a plugin to the right console where you can see all the active plugins after you've check the box of the mod on the left console box.
I was hoping to find out if this is normal or if it will cause problems in game?
