So I have some go to mods. - SkyUI - Unofficial patch - SMIM - 2k textures - CBBE - RWLO - Climates of Tamriel - Revenant ENB - Flora Overhaul

And I'm looking for more mods but want to keep it kinda rooted in the vanilla game. (No crazy overpowered spell mods, etc...) I always want my game to look better, and maybe a good skill tree mod or something would be cool. I'm looking to spice up my skyrim for a new playthrough. I really like the basic base building, like buying stuff for a camp without having to place everything myself.

Any suggestions would be fantastic. And thanks for taking the time to read and help out.
