I've spent the last couple of days playing US, and as great and different an experience as it is, I can't help but feel like it's a little lacking compared to my SSE experiences.
I did try Nordic Skyrim, or whatever it was, but gave up when it seemed to take forever to load (though looking back, of course it would, and I think I didn't actually give it a chance, so whoops my bad)
So are there any good, kitchen-sink-modpack type things for SSE? Ideally ones that aren't too awkward to install, but I'm prepared to do a little tinkering if I have to.
