Problem with SKYUI and Morehud.

So, I'm following the Nordic Skyrim guide, and I've downloaded the first section of mods there.

Mostly everything works fine, except when I load, skyui and morehud both say that skse isn't installed.

Which is ridiculous, because I'm playing via skse.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I don't think any mcm menus work at the moment; although the option is there, no menus show up.

Using MO2 to install, if it makes any difference.

This does seem to be a commonish problem with skyui, judging by the nexus page, but morehud doesn't seem to have anything about it there.
