EditSolved: Im using Creation Club like a pleb and Royal Armory on there hasn't been updated in almost a year. Disabling it fixed my issue.

So I just did the Truce Negotiations in the Civil War storyline and spoke to Paarthurnax after talking to Esbern and getting the mission to kill him. So far if I fast travel to Sky Haven Temple or anywhere near Markarth or the surrounding area Skyim CTD. But also faced a CTD after fast traveling to Riften and running around a bit. I'm assuming it's something more tied to locations as time until crashing seem varied but I havent fully timed the crashes. Any idea what may be causing this? I think maybe the Paarthunax Dilemma Mod. Also just ran another test: Fast travelled to Old Hroldan and ran to the camps outside Sky Haven Temple everything ran fine until loading into the Temple itself.

Edit: Mildly good news I can confirm that the biggest issue seems to be Any Haven Temple. Fast travelled to Sarethi Farm, ran around, everything ran fine. As soon as I clicked to FT to Sky Haven Temple the game crashes.
