Is there a mod out there that disables freindly fire completely?

I am currently playing as a mage with apocalypse and PerMa installed so by the time I reach lv 49, I am quite op offensively. My spells can melt my enemies instantly (provided I hit them with my shitty aim, of course) and also my followers. I have found a few friendly fire disabler mods but they only work during combat and my master spells always linger around after combat. Skytweak was able to make them not mad at me but they would always be kneeling by the end of a battle. So any suggestions are much appreciated.
