[PC Classic-Help] Legacy of the dragonborn and Skyrim Underground problem

After updating to the latest version of LOTD and adding back on several of the supported mods, the display for skyrim underground seems to have gone missing. I tried downloading the LOTD patch collection and optional mod patch installers and neither of them seemed to have a Underground Fix. Has LOTD stopped supporting Skyrim underground in its latest update or have I installed something wrong?
