Suffering from a CTD whenever I enter the Dawnstar inn.

I've just recently started a new heavily modded playthrough and I got the shipwreck start with Alt Start. 2 levels in and dying about 10 times now because I suck, i've finally reached the Dawnstar inn just to have my game shit on me by crashing in my face.Is this because of my mods because :

I have lots of mods here
I have not bothered to clean it up, maybe I should now.
I have seen others that also crash when entering Dawnstar / Dawnstar's Inn / any inn but I have no idea if their solutions will help/hurt situation.(I dare not try)

So yeah, if you have any advice or tips that would be wonderful.
