Help with HDT cloaks

So i recently started installing mods on skyrim with Mod Organizer and one of the mods was "cloaks of skyrim" but of course the cloaks didn't had animations so i downloaded and installed hdt extensions and the illustrious hdt cloaks but the animation didn't worked so i searched through the internet even rewatch some of the gopher tutorials but still couldn't i even reinstall the mods manually but nothing.
