[Help] Racemenu error causes constant crashing in game

I keep getting this error:

RaceMenu Error(s): You are running SKSE Version 1.7.1.46 expected 1.7.2.47 or greater Error Codes: (0). I have found out this is the problem which is causing my game to crash (crash when fast travelling to Solitude, Game suddenly below 0 frame rate and then crashes and black screen crash). When I deactivated racemenu everything worked fine (the fast travel stuff etc) when I actiavte RaceMenu I get this error again! I have the SKSE:

--> Current build (1.7.1, compatible with runtime 1.9.32.0.*)

Do i need the "Beta build" --> Beta build (1.7.2, compatible with runtime 1.9.32)

And what is the difference is Beta unstable or something

Sorry if this is a dumb questions I am new to modding skyrim last skyrim mods playthough I just installed texture mods which are easy with NMM.
