[HELP] Has anyone seen this kind of graphical artifact?

I have been trying to identify the cause of the artifact below:

It seems the game is trying to load texture that isn't there but I don't know which one is missing. The screenshot is taken from the floor at the beginning of Bleak Falls Sanctum. Disabling Vivid Landscapes - Dungeons and Ruins will remove the artifacts. The author of the mod has no idea what causes this.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
