[Help] Infinite Start Screen/Load Order Check Please

Running SKSE 1.7.2, with HialgoBoost.
Started Skyrim back up after 5 months and a switch to MO. LOOT and TESVEdit checked, but this particular profile still freezes at the start screen, before the New/Load/Quit text appears.
I am running on a laptop, however I've run a game fine with 250~ mods before no problem, so I don't believe it's the system.
