It seems even with a clean reinstall of Skyrim I manage to stuff it full of mods after a week, haha. Anyway, This seems to have happened after installing PerMa and any compatibility patches I needed. Not really sure how to use Wyre Bash but if I have to I will. here's the mod list in case there's anything strange about it http://pastebin.com/BzR05KZ1
Edit: To clarify it is when I launch the game that the game becomes stuck. Smoke still appears but the rest of the menu doesn't.
