Is there a mod that adds additional enchantments?

I'm getting ready to start my new game with a whole new set of mods, but I was wondering if anyone knew of mods that would allow me to get the unique enchantments from items to put on my current gear (for RP, mostly)?

For example, if my new character were to join the thieves guild, I'd want to be able to DE that gear to put those abilities on a new set of my current gear...

I've tried looking through Nexus, but I haven't found anything like this. Then again, its hard to determine at times. Anyone able to lend a helping hand?
