Now that I've got my clean install, I'm trying to figure out a few glitches that seem to be bothering me. The biggest one is that the Wayfarer tree doesn't seem to be leveling. I've run around a ton and I remember it leveling in the past. But now it seems that its stuck at 15.

How exactly does it level? Is it just running around uninterrupted in the wilderness? Chopping wood?

Edit: Well, I got it working, but I'm not sure what I did. I uninstalled and reinstalled both SkyRe and Frostfall and made sure they were at the end of the load order (for some reason the Archery/Marksmanship and Light armor perk trees were being override by something BOSS loaded earlier as well). Only ReProccer is after it.

So, I solved it... but unfortunately for anyone who might run into this, I don't know how.
