To preface, there is no error message given. I can't initialize the program through Mod Organizer nor through it's bare executable. I have removed/uninstalled and re-installed LOOT several times, tried using admin privs to run it; I get a quarter second of a loading cursor and then nothing. I check task manager and there's nothing. Everything is installed on an external drive, nothing is bound to C:/. I've never had this issue before I updated my OS and I am at a complete loss for how to rectify it. I'm on Windows 11, if it helps.

(Edit: this is also my first time directly following the STEP guides, so I'm even more lost because this is [to my knowledge], supposed to be the right way to set up a modded playthrough.)
