Hey dudes I have been doing on a gain off again troubleshooting my skyrim modlist for about 3 weeks now, and while I was playing I keep on getting sudden frame drops (like I would be walking or standing still then BAM from 50fps to 15-20 fps) may it be inside or outside the world space.

I have been pulling out hairs (literally) but I cant seem to identify the problem maybe you guys and point me out in the right direction?
