I seem see fish monsters floating on water in the Sea of Ghosts; help

I see sea monsters on top of the water. Also sometimes face invisible walls on top of the water but not below. So far I see this around the Alternate Perspective Shipwreck location. I have several very popular mods which may add to this area, including:
- Here be Monsters
- Depths of Skyrim
- Underwater Treasure
- The Breathing Abyss
