There are a few ways in game to screw with Maven Black-Briar, but a full on quest line to destroy her power would be most appreciated since a lot of options either take forever or are mostly roleplay (no true in game consequences).

Options that already exist in the game include but aren't limited to:

• Help Romlyn Dreth-- this lets you take the bottles from Black-Briar meadery and anything else you want and have it not count as stolen.

• Take over the thieves guild and decide not to do business with Maven anymore

• The deal with Louis Letrush for the horse lets you screw with the family

• Kill all the Black-Briar aligned mercenaries you fiend and steal everything you can from her home.

• Kill Sibbi and Ingun (or marry her with a mod I think) to screw with Maven

• Eventually exile Maven after she becomes Jarl of the Rift if you are a stormcloak and trade the Rift for Markarth at the peace summit

As you can see, there are a lot of ways to screw with Maven and her family, but what would truly be amazing is a mod that brings elements of this together to completely destroy Maven's legacy. Perhaps something that starts with Mjoll's desire to destroy the thieve's guild and bring down Maven. There is also this letter: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:To_A_Concerned_Citizen that would be a great thing to use to begin a quest to bring down the Black-Briars, and could be fun with distributing the letters and seeing who marks an X on their door (maybe tied with those you have helped on your way to becoming thane?) and the ties with Bersi who is concerned with someone trying to take over his business or hurt his person.

What I would love is a mod that takes some of these elements, wraps them into a story that ends with the destruction of Maven either through death, or with her imprisonment in the bottom of Riften Jail, the destruction of most (if not all) of her family and legacy, and their home being renovated into the new headquarters of The Society of Mercantile Freedom in Riften that can then give assignments to fight off bandits, stop the thieves guild (or rival thieves guilds) and whatever else will help merchants be safe in the Rift.

I know it's a tall order, but it's kind of a roleplay wish to finally destroy that smug, corrupt waste of space Maven Black-Briar.
