I went to load Skyrim this afternoon, and it told me that SKSE 2.2.3 would no longer work, so I updated to 2.2.5, which forced to update the Address Library....... and now all I get is a screen full of horizontal active static that rotates up/down the screen, but the music is just fine. Any suggestions?

I have uncheck/deactivated all mods and still the same result.

UPDATE: Looks like my D:\STEAM\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\Video folder got updated somehow in the SKSE update? The only thing in the folder is a BGS_Logo.BIK file, is that correct?

FINALRESOLUTION: I did not update the Address Library and activate it/ Sorry if I crowded the channel today. Up and running, now turning on and off mods until i get it where i need to be.
