Animation mods that visually express skill level?

Is there a mod out there that, based on your skill level with a certain weapon, changes your idle and attack animations?

For example, in the games Gothic 1 and 2, once you reach a certain skill level with either a 1 hander or 2 hander your character changes his idle stance, his attack spread increases and he unlocks new combos. When you start out in G1, the game makes your character hold even one handed weapons with both hands, with slower animations, visually implying your inaptitude to wield a sword properly. Once you invest in a weapons skill does your character start holding his weapon more optimally and his swings become faster. (It also increases critical strike chance but that's basically more dps, just like in skyrim, and is not that relevant for this discussion)

Currently in Skyrim, all you get for leveling ur weapons skill, is more damage. You can ofc unlock certain features via perks, such as increased crit chance, inflict bleed damage, reduce armour or unlock decapitations, but those are just stat-checks. There is no visual confirmation that you've actually gotten better with a weapon.

There should be an obvious visual difference between how a lvl 100 swordsman wields his weapon and someone who just picked up his first axe in Helgen Keep.

I feel like that visual confirmation, through animation, would be a welcome addition to the game, as imo there is no real sense of skill progression besides stat-checking.
