so I recently got a new PC and I've decided to start modding SSE, but for the past two days I've been completely unable to get SKSE to work. I've tried putting it in Vortex, that didn't work, and when I tried deleting and reinstalling it through 7zip, my computer wouldn't even let me unzip the file. Hell, it doesn't even seem to be showing up AS a .zip file. I'm completely lost and have no idea what's going on anymore, is the current version just broken on Windows 11 or am I missing something?

Edit: The problem has evolved and I'm just not willing to deal with it when I'm trying to enjoy my vacation, thanks to everyone for your support, but I'm going to see if I can get someone I work with to help me.
