Game Version: Skyrim Anniversary Edition

For the longest time I've been having an issue where the game just suddenly crashes in certain areas, persisting for quite a while in-game, and then disappearing for a while. It's been driving me nuts for years. I'd do the old go through all of the mods to figure it out, but unfortunately my modlist is too big to feasibly do that. I've learned that a papyrus crash log may be able to help me figure it out, but unfortunately I can't fully understand it. So I'm asking everyone on here if they can help me figure it out. The log is too big to post in here as is so I put it on Pastebin and put the link below. As for where the crashes happen, I tend to get them around Eastmarch, centered somewhere between Windhelm and the hot springs area, and the fields between Rorikstead and Silent Moons camp.
