Sky is buggy and I have no clue why.

(See comment for visual explanation, this is a first for me)

I'm starting a new character for modded Skyrim since I finally managed to pull all 75 achievements in vanilla; playing Anniversary Edition. The problem is that the texture or meshes of the atmosphere seem to be faulty, and I cannot discern why. I took a video of what it looks like because I'm actually having a problem trying to find out what exactly would be the best set of words to describe the effects, but unfortunately I can't seem to upload it on this post. Nonetheless, I'll *try* to explain.

Dependent on the angle of perception, the sky does not render properly; producing anything from a translucent filmy veil in the form of what looks like an intangible wall. to rendering on the ground as a surface you appear to be permeating through. I'm barely above a novice when it comes to modding playthroughs, so any help that can be given is much appreciated.

(Edit: Had time to play around a bit more. I checked the seams posts as well since they've similar problems, but I checked vanilla as well and did not have any problems so I am unsure, but doubtful, that it's a vanilla texture bug.)
