Hulda won’t give rumors except that the companions are recruiting. I’m level 40 pretty far along on the main quest and have gotten all the bounties. This is really weird bug I’ve never seen. Furthermore and I think this may be a bug too the Jarl’s kids don’t have any dialogue. When you interact with them they don’t talk back idk if that’s also something related but it seems weird
I have half a mind to just use cheat room to clip into the room and grab the sword and be done with it but obviously I would much rather get it organically
