Unpopular opinion: I appreciate nazeem as a character

Don’t get me wrong. He is annoying as hell and His arrogance and jarl bootlicking makes him so killable.
I was playing Skyrim last night and decided “I need to kill that guy once and for all” and so I did it. Only problem is that now whiterun was missing an essential personality. Whiterun felt kind of empty without nazeem. So much so, I reloaded the save before I killed him and now balance has been restored. I just give him the odd punch here and there now.
Tl:dr nazeem brings a personality to whiterun that whiterun would feel empty without
