Combat mods that aren’t so reflex bases?

The best way I can explain it is that I want a combat mod that make the combat more about being tactical and using your resources well instead of how fast your reaction times are (like a lot of mods seem to do).. I’m not interested in any mod that adds in any form of dodge roll or turns the game into Dark Souls (because it doesn’t really fit the game imo and I play in first person).
