Long time player but now I need recommendations

Got a new top of the line pc with a 3080ti and I want to reinstall Skyrim but it's been forever since Ive installed it with mods. I'd love recommendations on which "comprehensive changes" to get. I loved the one I had, "Lady" something. I want complete workovers that change the skills, spells, races, etc and make the game look as amazing as possible.
