The Controversial Ancient Nord Arrow

Okay, they are easy to get, by the time you are level 15 you should have atleast 183 of them. But, who uses them? They are straight up ugly. Nice bow, nice armor, eh arrows.
And, why choose these over steel arrows? If you have alot of Ancient Nord arrows, you should have more then enough steel arrows.
If there is a singular person that generally uses the Ancient Nord arrows Please speak up so I can hear your thought process
