More realistic play through

Howdy all. As the title says I'd love a more realistic play though. I found a few mods on the Steam workshop (no fast travel, eat drink sleep bathe) I was just wondering if someone has done this and what mods they used.
I hope someone on here has done it. Thanks a heap.
