Another creepy glitch in Skyrim

I was in my new house in Riften for the first time and I was exploring the place. I went downstairs looking for the alchemy lab and made a couple potions. When I turned to leave I noticed the mannequins there and started to leave when I noticed THEY WERE BREATHING AND WATCHING ME. they would turn their heads to follow my movement but when I interacted with them the froze into their regular poses. I then ran and vowed never to go back into that house.
