How do I build my Mage?

Sorry if this if covered elsewhere. I'm finding myself with a surplus of perk points. I wanted to build a Mage with destruction and restoration for dmg, heals, and magika regen. What else should I spec into? Alterations? Enchanting? Conjugation? If anything I feel like my character could use more survivability which I think alteration or enchanting might help with?
