Haknir’s crew keeps on invading me and any town I’m.

I’m not the first to have this problem, but my god it is annoying af. I have a bunch of mods installed, most of them being graphic enhancers. But no matter how many mods I uninstall, they keep showing up. Upon arriving to river wood, they slaughtered half the place. Any help?
