List of abandoned buildings, huts, outposts, shacks, and homes in Skyrim?

I'm trying to get an idea of the best of these kind of locations in the game for a mod idea I'm thinking of making. And when I say abandoned, I mean no bandits. The only one I could think of was the Alchemist Shack and maybe the hut where you find that dog (meeko?).
Also, if you can list any isolated locations where there is just one npc living there. I can only think of Angis Camp and Anise Cabin.
Some locations may be unmarked so that's why I'm asking the community for help. Any locations, or just your favorites, you can think of would be greatly appreciated!!
