Unending truce meeting

To put it simple and be quick, I've done everything I could to get the meeting at High Hrothgar going but it the attendees don't seem to sit down when I sit.
I've loaded previous saves, waited for even 48 hours, even did the entire journey from Solitude to High Hrothgar without a long-ass fast travel, and I still have problems. Plus it's too deep into the main quest to even consider doing a new play.
