I completed the Stormcloak rebellion, but the battle music is stuck in an infinite loop and I’m unable to fast teleport to Solitude or the Blue Palace. I’ve been trying to fix this bug for over a week now to no avail. So far I’ve tried:

-going back to all the Stormcloak camps (liberation of Haafingar isn’t checked off in my quest log even though it’s marked as completed) -going back to Solitude and the Blue Palace multiple times and buying a house -going back to Windhelm multiple times and buying a house -getting arrested multiple times -fighting a few dragons -dying -turning off music and turning it back on

A similar bug happened after the Battle for Whiterun but I was able to somehow fix it after like 20 minutes. I’m really hoping this can get resolved too. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
