Mods not downloading on Xbox

Hello everyone, I'm having issues getting mods to download on my Xbox.
All I have downloaded are the Unofficial Official Patch and the Alternate Start mods
One I'm trying to get is "Cloaks of Skyrim" but every time I try and download it I get a "This operation could not be completed" message. Any way of fixing it?
