Most Random Unexpected thing that happened to you?

Hi, I play a lot of skyrim with a lot of mods and whether you mod or not, random events can surprise you. The other day I was pretty wasted playing so this really messed me up... I was walking up to the one of the lakes and as I approached the rock cliff's edge a loud spell sound fired off and I got an achievement or some graphic that said "standing stone located." I have no idea what caused this but it was great because the spot was picturesque. So whether you mod or not. . . Got any crazy stories?
