Me and my brother are making a Dwemer player home mod

It’s in Blackreach and we are trying to decide if we should put it near the Reeking Tower or the farm ruins near the Tower of Mzark, but are open to any lore friendly locations preferably with unmarked Dwemer ruins on the surface or near a stalagmite that reaches the roof of Blackreach. There’s going to be a mine and possibly an Atronach forge like thing that summons Dwemer automations and equipment (if my brother can figure it out) any ideas are welcome and helpful
